Mould Seals for Optimal Tightness
The available products also include mould seals, used as gaskets between the upper and lower mould halves to ensure proper sealing during pouring.
Available in various diameters, from 5 to 20 mm, they are produced by extrusion and subsequently packaged by hand, with particular attention to quality and product precision.

Release Agents for Cores, Moulds and Core Boxes
The range is completed by a wide selection of release agents for cores and moulds, developed for different moulding requirements: from green sand processes and the manual moulding of cores and flasks to core boxes for Cold Box processes.
The formulations combine fast- or slow-evaporating solvents with specific packages of polymers, oils, waxes, and additives. Once applied, the product forms a thin release film that reduces adhesion between the sand and the mould or core box surface, facilitating release and contributing to the quality of the finished casting.
